Christian Louboutin in Rantus Sneakers and carrying Les Atelier Ruby Helmet

French shoe designer Christian Louboutin was spotted walking with actress Blake Lively in Paris, France with a pair of his Rantus sneakers (5-5) on his feet and carrying a Les Atelier Ruby Belvedere St Germain Helmet (5). The Belvedere is the second helmet that was designed by Jerome Coste, and is based on his first helmet, the Pavillon. See pics below.
